During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information. Any deliberate misrepresentation of personal details constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities where appropriate.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username and password. molek44 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling any available two-factor authentication features. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify molek44 customer support immediately via the live chat facility on the Platform. molek44 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to maintain adequate account security.
All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. To complete verification, you may be required to submit: a clear copy of a government-issued photo ID (MyKad or passport), a proof of address document dated within 90 days (utility bill, bank statement), and verification of the payment method used for deposits. molek44 processes KYC submissions within a reasonable timeframe and will communicate any outstanding requirements via the registered contact details on your account.
Your use of the molek44 Platform is permitted solely for lawful, personal, and recreational gambling and betting purposes. By accessing the Platform, you agree and warrant that:

molek44 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and direct bank transfers from Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, RHB Bank, and AmBank. Cryptocurrency deposits via BTC and USDT are also accepted, subject to current platform availability.
All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit amount is RM50. Deposits are typically credited to your account balance instantaneously upon confirmed receipt by molek44's payment processing systems. molek44 does not charge internal fees on standard deposit transactions; however, your financial institution may apply its own charges.
You must only deposit using payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including those belonging to family members, friends, or other individuals — are not permitted. molek44 reserves the right to suspend accounts and investigate any transactions suspected of originating from unverified or third-party payment sources.
Withdrawal requests are available to all fully KYC-verified molek44 account holders. Withdrawals are processed in MYR and credited to the bank account or e-wallet registered to your molek44 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100.
molek44 targets a withdrawal processing time of 15 minutes for verified accounts during normal operating conditions. Actual transfer times to your financial institution may vary depending on your bank or e-wallet provider's own processing schedules. molek44 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party financial service providers.
molek44 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the withdrawal amount is significantly higher than the account's typical transaction history, where KYC documentation is incomplete or requires refresh, or where a transaction has triggered automated fraud or anti-money laundering monitoring.
Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method in the registered account holder's own name. molek44 strictly prohibits third-party withdrawals. Any attempt to withdraw funds to an account not belonging to the registered player will result in the transaction being declined and the account subject to review.
molek44 offers a range of promotional incentives to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free bet credits, and VIP-tier rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms, which are communicated at the time of promotion and should be read carefully before claiming.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., x10, x15, x20) will be clearly stated in the specific promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be completed within the stated expiry period, after which any unconverted bonus and associated winnings will be voided.
While you hold an active bonus, the maximum bet per round or game event is capped as specified in the relevant promotion terms (typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per round). Placing wagers above this cap while a bonus is active constitutes a breach of bonus terms and will result in the bonus being voided.
Different games contribute at different rates toward wagering requirement completion. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette typically contribute 10–20%. Live dealer games, fishing games, and crash titles may have varying contribution rates as specified in individual promotion terms.
molek44 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. This includes — but is not limited to — multi-accounting to claim the same promotion multiple times, coordinated wagering strategies designed to eliminate risk ("arbitrage"), collusion with other players, or exploiting software errors. Any player found engaging in bonus abuse will have their account permanently closed and all associated balances forfeited.
All bets and wagers placed on the molek44 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to each game or betting market. For sports betting, the rules applicable to each market — including settlement rules, void event policies, and in-play restrictions — are available within the relevant betting section of the Platform.
molek44 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were the result of a technical error, data feed failure, or pricing error that is clearly inconsistent with prevailing market prices. In such cases, affected stakes will be returned to the player's account balance. This decision is at molek44's sole discretion and is final.
Bets placed on sporting events — including Liga Super Malaysia, the English Premier League, UEFA competitions, UFC, and all other covered markets — are settled in accordance with official results from the relevant governing body or competition authority. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, molek44's decision, informed by official result sources, is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the molek44 Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of balance where applicable:
All content on the molek44 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces, software architecture, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of molek44 or its licensed third-party suppliers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, or create derivative works from any part of the Platform without molek44's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, molek44 shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including — without limitation — loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
molek44's total aggregate liability to any individual player arising out of or in connection with these Terms, the Platform, or the Services shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player into their molek44 account during the six-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
molek44 makes no representations or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, or reliability of third-party payment services, banking institutions, game providers, or data feed suppliers used in connection with the Platform.
molek44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred, where illegal activity is suspected, or where continued operation of the account poses a risk to molek44 or other users.
Upon permanent account termination for cause (i.e., breach of Terms), molek44 reserves the right to withhold and forfeit the account balance, including any bonus credits and associated winnings, pending investigation. Where termination is for convenience (i.e., not due to player misconduct), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, net of any applicable fees or outstanding wagering obligations.
You may request closure of your molek44 account at any time by contacting customer support via the live chat facility. Account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. All outstanding wagers will be settled according to normal settlement rules before the account is formally closed.
